Two Care Coordination Organizations (CCO) were focused on meeting the needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by collaborating with service providers through a Health Home model. Together, the organizations serve a combined 44,000 members throughout 45 counties. Both organizations were frustrated by the service provided by their current managed security service provider. They engaged Arctiq (formerly DynTek) to assess their current posture, and the team found multiple issues that were not found by the other provider.
Arctiq completed its Defend Against Threats with SIEM Plus XDR Workshop which identified real threats in the environment, mapped the identified threats to specific solutions, and showcased security scenarios with solution demos. Within two weeks of the workshop, the clients chose to engage Arctiq’s Managed Security Services, which included 24x7x365 Security Monitoring & Alerting, Security Automation, Threat Hunting & Threat Intelligence Correlation.
