Arctiq assisted a national union in swiftly transitioning to the cloud amid the COVID-19 crisis, enabling uninterrupted support for its members through key solutions like Teams Voice and Windows Virtual Desktop. Following the migration, Arctiq provided Managed Security Services, including 24/7 monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, and custom solutions like AS-400 data monitoring to ensure comprehensive security coverage and compliance.

Arctiq worked with this large, national union on a comprehensive cloud transformation strategy and deployment. With the significant impact of the COVID-19 crisis, the union needed to stay fully operational to support its members.  Arctiq was able to quickly standup key solutions – including Teams Voice, Windows Virtual Desktop in Azure and Office 365 - in less than a week to keep the union connected and available to the valued membership.

With its migration to the cloud complete, the union was looking for ways to enhance the security posture of its new environment. In addition, independent security auditors and their cyber insurance provider required that the union have security monitoring and management in place to enhance their protection. The union engaged their trusted partner, Arctiq, to provide their Managed Security Services, which included 24x7x365 Security Monitoring & Alerting, Incident/Alert Triage, Threat Hunting & Intelligence, Security Consulting, and Analytics & Reporting. In addition to the broad range of standard connectors used to ingest data from disparate sources into the SIEM, Arctiq created a custom connector to ingest and monitor data from their AS-400 environment to ensure there was holistic visibility into the full environment.
